New Chair for SILC

We are pleased to announce the election of our New Chair.

Pete Loftus is elected Chair of SILC with immediate effect.

Pete has almost four decades of experience in Measurement and Instrumentation in a major OEM as well as having held numerous roles in institutes and societies supporting this cause including being an active member of SILC since 2016.

Pete succeeds Ian Reid who has chaired the Council since January 2018 and has chosen to step down to focus on new opportunities. We thank Ian for his dedication to SILC over this time.
